How many of you have kept a diary growing up? I did daily as a teenager. I always ended my day by jotting down a page or two of cute boys, best friends, and teenage drama. I tried to keep up with it as a young parent, but I enjoyed sharing my days out loud with my husband, family, and friends. More so than secretly recording away on some paper.
I have always viewed blogging as a form of journaling. A way to share your day, opinions, feelings, or accomplishments in a public forum. Moon Over My Monkeys blog will definitely be like reading my diary. You will get a peek at the behind the scene of my business, upcoming events, my proudest projects...and maybe a few of the shameful ones too. I will share links to all my favorite crafty place around the Internet. I am a Pinterest addict, so there will be tons of those. With little dashes of my life as mother, wife, business owner, Sunday School teacher... Oh and can't forget grandmother :) You may even hear from my teenage daughter, Bryanna, from time to time. She is an expert at surviving in a fabric bombed house and tag team little brothers.
